Use this page to install and setup your Label and Note printer

Printing Component Installation

When you click on the link you will see the following:

• You will be prompted to run - click run
• You will be prompted to run again - click run
NOTE: In Internet Explorer you may see Actions not Run - Click Actions and select 'Run anyway'
• Click Install - You will see the setup screen for the first component
• Click next
• Leave the default location on the following screen and click next
• Finally click install
• You will now see the setup screen for the second component
• Click next
• Leave the default location on the following screen and click next
• Finally click install
• When the setup has finished you will see the original TPN Printing Installer screen
• Click close

Install Print Components

After Installing the above components please use the following steps to configure your printing

Label Printing Configuration

Configure the label printer so that the label size is 100mm X 200mm

• Go to your label printer through control panel on your machine
• Right click and select the 'Printer Preferences'
• Select the Page Setup tab and click New
• Enter a name i.e TPN Label and enter the following: Width 100.0 mm Height:200.0 mm and click OK
• In the Stock name select the label size you have just created
• Select Portrait as the Orientation
• Click Apply and OK

Note Printing Configuration

Ensure that ADOBE Reader is configured as the Default reader.

• Open ADOBE Reader
• On the Edit menu select 'Preferences'
• Select General on the left had side
• Click on 'Select Default PDF Handler' button
• Select the Adobe Product i.e Adobe Reader XI and click apply

Once the above steps have been completed please navigate to the Print Settings screen to allocate your printer.
